Security that is drawn in, not bolted on. We sit on the owner’s side of the table through design, construction, and commissioning.

What we design

Data centers and network facilities live or die on decisions made before groundbreaking — setbacks, adjacencies, redundancy paths, screening architecture. We make sure those decisions are made deliberately, against a written threat basis, and survive value engineering.

  • Basis of design — design-basis threat, protection objectives, and security requirements that flow into the A/E contract
  • Perimeter & site design — standoff, vehicle barriers, fencing, lighting, CPTED, and approach control for campus and infill sites alike
  • Access & screening architecture — layered access from fence line to white space, credentialing strategy, and visitor/vendor flow
  • Electronic security systems — vendor-neutral design and review of ACS, VSS, IDS, and integration — we specify, we don’t resell
  • Construction-phase security — site security plans, contractor vetting frameworks, and protection of the build itself
  • Commissioning & acceptance — testing the built system against the basis of design before you take the keys

Why Owner-Side Matters

Everyone else at the table is selling something

Integrators sell systems. Contractors sell change orders. We sell judgment — and we answer only to you.

On a major build, the security scope is negotiated among parties with their own economics. An owner without independent security counsel discovers the gaps at commissioning — or later, from an incident report. We hold the security intent from basis-of-design through acceptance testing, so what was promised is what got built.
