Privacy Policy
Effective July 2026. We collect the minimum and sell nothing — the same discretion we practice for clients, applied to visitors.
What we collect
If you submit our contact form, we receive the information you provide: name, email, phone, organization, facility type, and message. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes form submissions and standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, on our behalf.
What we don’t do
- No advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, no third-party marketing scripts.
- No sale, rental, or sharing of your information with anyone, for any reason, except as required by law.
- No automated marketing sequences. A human reads your message and a human replies.
How we use it
Contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and conduct any engagement that follows. Inquiry records are retained only as long as a legitimate business need exists, then deleted.
Your choices
You may request a copy or deletion of any information you’ve sent us by emailing info@orbitalfederal.com.
