Thirty minutes with a principal. No obligation, no drip campaign. Describe the facility, the program, or the concern; we'll tell you honestly what we'd do about it — including nothing, if that's the truth.

How we handle inquiries
Every inquiry is read and answered by a principal — no intake team, no CRM sequence. We don't add you to a list, and we don't share what you send with anyone.

Useful things to include
None of this is required, and none of it should be specific enough to be sensitive. It just shortens the first call.
- What kind of facility or program — sector, rough scale, new build or operating
- What prompted the search — a contract clause, a tenant requirement, an incident, an inspection, or a concern
- Where you are in time — design, construction, operating, or a deadline you're working back from
- Who else is involved — a prime, a program office, an architect, an integrator, counsel
- Whether discretion is a factor — say so, and we'll adjust how we correspond from the first reply
